Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSED required.
• Nurse Aide in good standing per the state registry.
• BLS (American Heart Association) needed within 45 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Record vital signs and document in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate patient observations to RN.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN guidance.
• Collect samples and perform point-of-care tests as directed.
• Handle supply stocking, equipment cleaning, and chart/chart transport tasks.
• Assist with patient positioning and safe transfers.
• Maintain skin integrity and apply care as directed.
