Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Document vitals, intake/output, and daily weights in EMR.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge under RN supervision.
• Perform patient positioning, turning, and transport tasks safely.
• Coordinate tests and treatments with departments and ensure calls are answered promptly.
• Communicate with patients and families to support care needs.
