Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Measure and document vitals and intake/output in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate patient observations to RN.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge activities.
• Handle specimen collection and basic patient equipment management.
