Qualifications

• Direct-Care, PCA, or CNA certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to fulfill physical and emotional needs of residents.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks per care plan.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques.
• Perform routine care rounds to meet individualized plans.
• Document daily care activities and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain residents' dignity and quality of life.
