Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our 200mm Fab9 facility operating 24/7. You will monitor, sustain, and improve equipment and processes, collaborating with production teams and area engineers.

Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and clear status updates to领导. Candidates should have electrical/mechanical background, and be able to work in a cleanroom environment with required PPE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical or mechanical experience: 2-year technical degree or 2 years military experience or 4 years of relevant experience.
• English language fluency required; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using electrical, mechanical, and PC skills.
• Communicate equipment status and pass downs to Lead Tech/Engineer.
• Maintain a safe, cleanroom environment and adhere to EHS policies.
• Collaborate with production teams and area engineers to sustain operations.
