GlobalFoundries is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Essex Junction Fab9 200mm facility. You will monitor, sustain, and improve equipment and processes, collaborating with production teams and engineers to ensure manufacturing readiness.

Your role emphasizes safe operation, detailed communication, and ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex tools, with flexibility for day/night shifts and cleanroom protocol adherence.

Formación

• High School diploma; 2-year technical degree or 4 years of related experience also acceptable.
• Experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance in semiconductor or similar environment.
• Ability to read schematics and use basic hand tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain semiconductor equipment in Fab9, ensuring readiness.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance per operating procedures.
• Communicate equipment status updates to Lead Tech or Engineer.
• Support safety and EHS requirements and participate in training.
