Job summary

Spring Health is seeking independently licensed mental health professionals to join the Care Navigation team. This role provides in-the-moment clinical support, crisis assessment, and referrals through a clinical queue, with after-hours coverage and collaboration across Care Support and Product teams.

Required credentials (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist) and 2+ years direct clinical care; strong crisis skills, CBT, and motivational interviewing are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
• Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support and crisis management via clinical phone queue.
• Engage with members seeking help for mental health, substance use, or relationship concerns using active listening and motivational interviewing.
• Assess risks, provide safety planning, and follow up with high-risk members to ensure timely care.
