Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Supervisor to manage daily field crews on industrial construction projects in Texas. You will coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials, oversee safety, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision across multiple trades, with a focus on safety training and adherence to codes and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to plan and supervise craft workers.
• Strong communication and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including quantities, productivity and time sheets.
• Assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequence of activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Develop and maintain crew safety by toolbox talks and communicating safety concerns.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
