Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to manage crew daily activities on a Louisiana site, aligning work with project timelines and industry safety standards. You will train the crew on proper procedures and supervise multiple crafts as required by project supervision.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing equipment and materials, ensuring safe operations, maintaining daily reports, and ensuring timely completion within budget while upholding quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill to perform all essential functions of craft workers under supervision.
• Ability to plan tasks to safely and efficiently carry out work and mentor safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequence of activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Promote safety and conduct toolbox meetings; communicate plans and schedules to crews.
