Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a seasoned Foreman to lead field teams on Texas projects. You will ensure safety compliance, supervise crews, and coordinate with Project Managers to plan scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction with 3 years in a Foreman or Superintendent role, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read plans, manage QA/QC, and operate site equipment. This position requires flexibility and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry experience with 3 years in a Foreman or Superintendent role.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety practices and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Oversee QC requirements and coordinate testing as needed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to plan time, budget, and staffing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and communicate plans and changes.
• Manage prep activities and lane closures; order materials.
• Provide daily project feedback to the Project Manager.
• Maintain time and material records.
