• Execute “Look Ahead” schedules and project Work Plans.
• Monitor daily labor costs and production rates; take corrective action to improve productivity.
• Maintain detailed daily reports of field construction activities and costs.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure plan, specifications, and schedules are followed.
