Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to supervise craft workers and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost management and safety practices.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Complete work within estimated costs while maintaining quality and company reputation.
• Uphold safety by enforcing company and government safety rules for all crew.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans and schedules to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with all company policies.
