Qualifications

• Lead and manage crew daily activities to meet project plans and safety rules.
• Train team on proper safety and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to coordinate with other crafts and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain daily reports, quantities and productivity records.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs and uphold quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox talks with crews.
