Vitalia North Royalton is hiring a Care Partner for full-time night shifts in North Royalton, OH. You will support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate, person-centered care in a home-like setting.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to work the night schedule (7:00pm–7:00am). Benefits include healthcare options, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments with empathy.
• Promote an inclusive and positive environment by investing in work, team, and community.
