Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Care Partner for the 11pm-7am shift to support residents with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and continuous care throughout the night. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and seamless communication with the health team.

The position requires a high school diploma; CNA/HHA and CPR/First Aid are preferred. Training programs will be provided; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete all state and Experience Senior Living specified training programs.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks.
• Perform laundry duties.
• Review and participate in shift reports and verbal reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and personal choices; provide support as needed.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents.
• Communicate changes in residents’ needs to supervisors and other departments.
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain infection control practices and report accidents or incidents.
