Job summary

Vitalia Strongsville in Strongsville, OH is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support residents with daily activities and compassionate care. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care while promoting dignity and respect for every resident.

The role is part-time (evening shifts 7:00pm–11:00pm, Mon Tue Wed Sun) with a supportive team, opportunities for growth, and a benefits-friendly environment designed to elevate resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create a patient, empathetic environment and foster human connections with residents.
• Support residents in social activities and participation in community events.
