Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connection with residents.
• Observe residents to learn interests and abilities and create engagement plans.
• Maintain mise en scène by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and rooms for routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily living activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
