Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is looking for a part-time Care Partner to support residents at Vitalia Active Adult Community in North Olmsted, OH. The position runs 8:00am–11:00am with a pay range of $18–$23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs and providing compassionate, empathetic care. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Must be active and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Provide empathy and connection with residents and support a positive, inclusive environment.
