Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a full-time night shift (Sunday–Tuesday, 6pm–6am). You will assist residents with personal care, daily living, and mobility while supporting their independence and spiritual needs in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, shift handovers, and coordinating with health staff. Training provided; benefits available; paid time off and 401k offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance where required by state regulations.
• CPR certification / First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete all state and Experience Senior Living specified training programs.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and verbal updates.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and respect residents' preferences and needs.
• Provide encouragement and support to residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' needs to the Health & Wellness Director and other departments.
• Maintain infection control practices and report incidents as needed.
