Job summary

The Wine Group is hiring for a Bottling Operator 1 on graveyard shift (M-F, 10 pm - 6:30 am). The role operates bottling equipment, maintains sanitation, and supports changeovers while adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards across multiple production lines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong mechanical skills. A Mechanical Aptitude Test may be required, and weekend shifts could be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have strong mechanical skills. May be required to pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test.
• Able to perform diverse and complex tasks on highly technical machine centers.
• Complete qualification matrix level white or equivalent one-year repetitive manufacturing experience.
• Able to work various shifts and schedules including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates and cleans bottling equipment.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment on multiple production lines to meet goals.
• Assist with changeovers and maintain sanitation standards.
• Perform routine production reporting and quality checks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity with a sense of urgency.
