Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a Night Production Operator to operate beverage manufacturing equipment and support a fast-paced line in Seguin, TX. You will monitor quality, perform basic adjustments, and maintain a safe, clean workstation while following GMPs and production schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, and flexibility to work nights and varied hours. Prior beverage manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended 12-hour shifts.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate fillers, labelers, packaging, cappers, and palletizers on the line.
• Monitor flow of finished goods and correct disturbances in production.
• Keep equipment and work area clean; follow GMPs and sanitation standards.
• Assist maintenance with line repairs as needed.
• Record downtime and machine operations during the shift.
