Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Production Operator to run the production floor, ensuring safety, quality and throughput in line with GMP and food safety standards. You will complete hourly quality reports, report defects, maintain housekeeping, and manage raw materials to minimize downtime.

The role requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and may adapt duties as needed to meet production goals. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred Associate's Degree.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily on the production lines ensuring safety and quality.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and report defects.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards and housekeeping.
• Monitor raw materials to minimize downtime and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Work 12-hour shifts on rotating schedule; duties may change as needed.
