Job summary

The Wine Group is seeking a Bottling Operator I for graveyard shift (Mon-Fri, 10 pm - 6:30 am) to support day-to-day bottling operations across multiple lines. You will follow SOPs, operate and clean bottling equipment, and help meet production goals with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, changeovers assistance, and accurate production reporting. Candidates should have a HS diploma, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical skills; may be required to pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test.
• Able to perform diverse and complex tasks on highly technical machine centers.
• Complete qualification matrix level white or equivalent one-year repetitive manufacturing experience.
• Able to work various shifts and schedules including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling equipment with basic operation and minor troubleshooting on centers.
• Operate and clean bottling equipment; meet production goals safely and efficiently.
• Assist with changeovers and maintain food safety compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and conduct routine production reporting and quality checks.
• Perform in-process and final production quality control and verification checks.
