Job summary

The Wine Group in California is seeking a Bottling Technician to maintain clean, safe, and production-ready equipment and work areas. You will clean tanks, hoses, pipelines, and bottling lines, assist with wine transfers, and support bottling activities.

Shift: Graveyard — 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will follow safety procedures, document cleaning logs, and collaborate with Packaging, Quality, Cellar, and Winery teams to ensure product integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in winery operations, bottling, food production, manufacturing, or cleaning-related roles is a plus.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and production-ready equipment and work areas.
• Clean and rinse tanks, hoses, pipelines, and bottling equipment.
• Assist with wine movement from tanks to bottling lines and support with transfers.
