Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in supervising people/projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily on the production line(s) ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and report defects to leadership.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrate ability to work across production areas and assist with issues as needed.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance; be available for 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
