Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for finishing/bindery on the nighttime shift (7p–7a). You'll train on high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books and printed materials with a hands-on, team-based approach.

No prior bindery experience is required; we will train you. The role emphasizes safety, quality, reliability, and long-term growth within a stable, full-time manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is acceptable.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and measurements.
• Basic math skills and precision required for measurements.
• Reliability and teamwork to hit daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine and pack finished products.
• Safely move materials on the production floor and inspect quality.
• Perform hand operations and assist with setup as trained.
• Work with team to meet daily production goals and safety rules.
