Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring for a back-end production role in Tempe, AZ. The position requires experience in high-speed beverage manufacturing, adherence to GMP/HACCP standards, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training in SAP and related quality processes is preferred.

You will operate batching/blending lines, ensure product quality, and maintain sanitation and safety protocols. The role includes a night shift with comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50lbs.
• Able to perform duties within a high stress environment and grasp measurements/formulas.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of production schedules and laboratory testing.
• Understand quality improvement, increase yields and reduce out-of-spec products.
• Forklift certification obtained or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE policies and wear required PPE.
• Ensure food quality and safety per corporate, customer, and regulatory standards (SQF, FDA, HACCP).
• Operate batching/blending equipment in assigned area.
• Record amounts accurately and follow batching/blending sheets.
• Obtain blend tank samples and deliver to QA/lab for testing.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP of batching/blending lines.
• Complete all batching/blending documentation and forward to QA/Blending.
