Job summary

Refresco, the world’s largest bottler, seeks a full-time warehouse operator in Joplin, MO. You will follow GMPs, wear PPE, and support batching and blending in our production areas.

You’ll transport ingredients by forklift, verify items against SAP and quality specs, document batching steps, take blend samples for the lab, and help keep areas clean and safe. Refresco offers medical/dental/vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP environment.
• Ability to follow batching/ blending instructions and SOPs.
• Willingness to obtain required training and certifications for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and pre-weigh as needed.
• Verify ingredients against SAP, quality, and inventory controls before batching.
• Record batch data accurately and maintain sanitation and cleaning of the area.
• Support CIP/COP sanitation and ensure equipment readiness for production.
