Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking a Batching Blending Technician II for the 3rd shift. You will operate mixing lines, verify ingredients, and ensure batch quality and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety rules.

Responsibilities include weighing ingredients, loading pallets, testing samples, and documenting results for QA. Overtime and weekends may be required in a fast-paced beverage production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment, beverage production preferred.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene recommended.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work under pressure.
• Solid verbal and written English communication and measurement skills.
• Understanding of production schedules and QA/testing basics.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear required PPE in production areas.
• Operate and monitor batching/blending equipment and follow sheets.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and pre-weigh as needed.
• Record batch data accurately and forward to QA/Batching for review.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP of lines and equipment.
• Assist in training new employees and support quality objectives.
