Responsibilities

• Improves working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, and cost).
• Develops direct reports through coaching and assignments to build high-performing teams.
• Coordinates on-the-job training for new hires and transferred associates; conducts OSHA-compliant training.
• Supports plant safety, quality, 5S, SAP and CI initiatives; participates in audits and team concepts.
