Bakerly Barn LLC is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Easton, PA. The role leads a production team of 20–30 on the floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven operations in a fast-growing bakery environment.

You will coordinate with maintenance, QA, R&D, HR, warehouse, and logistics to resolve issues, optimize line performance, and uphold GMPs and food safety across the plant.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• 1–2 years in production environment.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with GMP and Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production team of up to 20–30 per shift across multiple lines.
• Ensure GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and quality requirements.
• Maintain staffing levels and skills to meet production needs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive yield improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, R&D, HR, warehouse, and logistics.
