Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is recruiting for a No Production Supervisor at our Denver Pepperidge Farm facility. The role oversees nonexempt associates on the Night Owl shift, focusing on safety, quality, productivity and cost improvements.

Leadership tasks include coaching, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to procedures across the Bakery Department. The position requires strong people management skills, a background in manufacturing, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in food and bakery.
• 1 year people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nonexempt associates in a manufacturing environment, plans and assigns work, and implements procedures.
• Directs Bakery Department production activities for the Third (Night Owl) shift and supports safety, quality, productivity and cost initiatives.
• Develops associates through guidance, coaching and assignments to build high-performing teams.
• Coordinates on-the-job training for new hires and transfers, conducts training on procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Uses continuous improvement to improve production methods, yield, equipment performance and product quality.
