Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Night Owl Production Supervisor at the Denver Pepperidge Farm facility to lead the Bakery Department's hourly team and drive safe, efficient production. You will coach direct reports, coordinate training, and push continuous improvements, including safety, 5S, SAP, and Kaizen activities, to meet company goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years manufacturing experience, and 1 year of people management, with a base salary of $67,000–$92,100 plus benefits on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably food/bakery.
• 1 year people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost outcomes.
• Develop reports and coaching to build high performing teams.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and OSHA-compliant programs.
• Drive continuous improvement with Kaizen, 5S, SAP, and audits.
• Support production control, SOPs, safety, and quality across departments.
• Maintain documentation, track performance, and report progress.
