Job summary

Campbell Soup Company, Denver Pepperidge Farm facility, is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the Bakery Department, guiding hourly associates and ensuring safety, quality and productivity.

You will develop direct reports, coordinate training, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality systems, and Kaizen initiatives while balancing cost and morale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in food and bakery.
• 1 year people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nonexempt associates on the Third (Night Owl) shift in a bakery environment.
• Improves safety, quality, productivity, and cost; develops associates through coaching.
• Coordinates on-the-job training for new hires and transferred staff; conducts procedure training.
• Interprets specifications and assigns duties; ensures SOPs and safety standards are followed.
• Tracks performance, maintains records, and supports Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve results.
