Nature's Bakery in Carson City, NV, seeks a shift supervisor to oversee production, ensure quality and safety, and optimize line performance. You will coach staff, maintain housekeeping, and meet the production schedule while minimizing scrap and controlling labor costs.

The role requires strong communication, safety compliance, and hands-on leadership in a Lean Manufacturing environment, with the 3rd shift paid a $1.50/hr differential.
