Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee one or more production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in our food manufacturing facilities. You will supervise hourly staff and coordinate with multiple departments to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of operations personnel to manage safety, quality, and cost using lean manufacturing principles.
• Model company policies and apply them consistently; coach and discipline employees as needed.
• Analyze cost indicators and adjust operations to improve performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve safety and manage incident reporting and transitional work.
• Inspect work areas for food safety compliance and disposition of questionable product.
• Report production and inventory metrics accurately.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and evaluate skill levels of new hires and transfers.
• Train employees on Quality and Safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Promote teamwork and recognize exceptional performance.
• Manage the operations improvement process with facilitation and coaching.
