Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and production standards in a regulated facility.
• Effective communicator who can adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Experience with shift reports, documentation, and troubleshooting basics.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Night Shift Production Manager with oversight of nightly production schedules and line performance.
• Provide hands-on leadership to production line leads, machine operators, and team members across multiple areas.
• Ensure GMPs, safety policies, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Monitor KPIs including downtime, yields, and labor utilization; report findings.
