Job summary

Martin's Famous Potato Rolls and Bread in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain bakery machinery, conveyors, and production equipment, ensuring uptime and compliance with GMP and safety standards. You will apply mechanical and electrical skills, read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and work 9pm–7am on a rotating schedule with training on first shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years related experience.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Willingness to work night shift on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains industrial machinery and production lines.
• Inspects, tests, and replaces defective parts.
• Lubricates, aligns, and calibrates mechanical components.
• Operates drill press, grinders, and metalworking tools.
• Adheres to safety and GMP regulations.
• Communicates tasks and progress with supervisors.
