Job summary

Martin's Famous Potato Rolls and Bread in Chambersburg, PA seeks a Packaging Lead to coordinate packaging operations for bread and roll products during the night shift. You will start and adjust packaging machinery, verify dates, inspect products, and help resolve issues with the line team.

The role offers shift differential, weekend premium pay, profit sharing, 401K, health coverage, and onsite medical facility, along with paid vacation and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years' related experience and/or training.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to pass Food Safety HACCP training and competency test.

Responsibilities

• Starts and adjusts packaging machinery; requests repairs as needed.
• Verifies date and pricing on products.
• Inspects packaging for conformance and coordinates actions for substandard products.
• Maintains production records and inventory transactions.
• Monitors production orders and packaging requirements.
• Assists in training and ensures workplace safety and GMP compliance.
