You will troubleshoot automation issues and drive reliability improvements across PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and networks. You will program PLCs, modify controls, install upgrades, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and OEM partners to keep lines running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Allen-Bradley PLC experience.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, sensors, and automated control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on automation and controls support for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, networks, and electrical control systems.
• Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, modifications, and controls optimization.
• Support high-speed automated equipment including conveyors, packaging, and robotic systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, operations, and OEM/vendor teams.
