Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Automation & Controls Engineer to support a high-speed beverage manufacturing facility in Glendale, AZ.

You will troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation, and lead controls optimization to improve equipment reliability. Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, operations and OEM vendors, you will drive upgrades, installations, commissioning and continuous-improvement projects while contributing to safety and process improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Allen-Bradley PLC experience.
• Experience with HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, sensors.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and PLC logic diagnosis.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on automation and controls support for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and electrical control systems during downtime.
• Support automation upgrades, installations, commissioning, and continuous-improvement projects.
• Work with maintenance, engineering, operations, and OEM vendors.
• Participate in management-of-change processes and maintain controls documentation.
