Qualifications

• 5+ years of Allen-Bradley PLC experience.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, sensors, and automated control systems.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on automation and controls support for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, sensors, and electrical control systems.
• Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, modifications, and controls optimization.
• Provide Tier 1/2 troubleshooting during downtime and production issues.
• Support high-speed equipment including fillers, conveyors, packaging, and robotics.
