You will support the Team Leader to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting cash handling, and ensuring safety and brand standards are met.

The role emphasizes team leadership, inventory and promotional duties, and a focus on customer satisfaction to drive store success every day.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports.
• Clear ability to follow operating instructions for various systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following quality standards.
• Promote Crosby’s Rewards and drive sales through upselling.
• Supervise team members, coach, and assist with scheduling.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and profitability.
