Job summary

Crosby’s Stores in New York seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support the Team Leader in delivering exceptional customer service and store success.

You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. The role includes a night differential and varied duties across operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following Crosby’s standards.
• Promote and assist customers with enrolling in My Crosby’s Rewards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues when the Team Leader is not present.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand standards.
• Support merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
