Crosby’s Stores in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will supervise team members, ensure cleanliness, and drive sales while maintaining safety and brand standards.

The role includes scheduling, training, and assisting with payroll and cash handling to support a smooth store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license per company policy.
• Reliable transportation for position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items.
• Promote rewards enrollment and upsell where appropriate.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards; assist with merchandising and inventory.
• Train, coach, and supervise store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and cash handling; report discrepancies.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper opening/closing procedures.
