Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Night Production Supervisor for the St. Louis Membrane Solutions facility.

The role leads a 20–24 person night-shift assembly team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production, while coordinating with engineering, quality, maintenance, planning and CI teams to meet customer specifications. The supervisor drives training and development, controls shift handoffs, and maintains strict adherence to build processes, test requirements, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face and written communication with operators, maintenance personnel, and management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability.
• Drive to improve operational execution and maintain high work standards.
• Strong attention to detail in production processes and documentation.
• Safety focus with understanding of EHS regulations and policies.
• Knowledge of quality systems and ISO 9001-2015 is preferred but not required.
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean, Root Cause Analysis, and CI tools.
