Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Night Production Supervisor for the St. Louis Membrane Solutions facility. You will lead a night shift of 20–24 production technicians and team leads, ensuring safe, high-quality assembly across product lines for aerospace and gas applications.

You will drive operational excellence, mentor frontline leaders, coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance, and maintain strict documentation and test integrity to meet production schedules.

• Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of EHS regulations and procedures.
• Attention to detail in quality documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead night-shift assembly team of 20–24 production technicians and leads.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces with engineering, quality, maintenance, planning, and CI teams.
• Perform structured shift handoffs and real-time prioritization across product lines.
