Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to ensure onboarding, training and coaching for success.
• Identify talent and plan staffing to support store operations.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Leads while overseeing area operations.
• Drive budget and P&L items to maximize sales and productivity.
• Ensure safety and compliance throughout the store and training needs are met.
• Provide guidance and assign daily tasks and training as needed.
