Shift: Night, 40 hours weekly, with a two-week day shift training. Requires High School Diploma, 1–2 years healthcare office experience, EPIC Patient Access and Grand Central proficiency; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant healthcare/medical office experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC applications, including scheduling, registration and billing.

Responsibilities

• Registrations and scheduling for patient encounters.
• Time-of-service collections and insurance information collection.
• Obtaining prior authorizations and notifications to payers.
• Provide same-day admission notifications to payers and support to the care team.
