Job summary

You will support the care team, communicate professionally with diverse populations, and work a 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm shift in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting while mastering Epic Patient Access, Grand Central, and Hospital Billing modules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare/medical office preferred.
• Knowledge of EPIC patient access modules is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative aspects of the patient encounter to ensure a positive experience.
• Collect and maintain accurate demographic and insurance information for hospital accounts.
• Perform registrations, scheduling, time-of-service collections, and obtain authorizations.
• Provide same-day admission notifications to payers and support the clinical care team.
